Hannah Knowles

Hannah Knowles

Hannah is a Senior Commissioning Editor at Canongate, having previously worked at Hachette and Random House. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for voices that are not always embraced or recognised by the mainstream industry. She has worked with people from across the spectrum of society, from pop singers to fine artists, activists to architects. While at Canongate, she has published books by authors including Gina Miller, George Alagiah, Mark Radcliffe, Patrisse Khan-Cullors and Ali Wong

Joel Chernin

Joel currently lectures in graphic design at the London Metropolitan and Brighton Universities. His industry experience includes art department positions at the Sunday Times and Hello! magazine, playing a central role in setting up the latter’s online edition. He also co-founded, -owned and -ran Vitality Publishing, which launched Vitality and Personal Trainer magazines. He has since sold the company

Lloyd Bradley

Lloyd is Fully Booked: The Art of Non Fiction's founder and Course Director. He is a longstanding non-fiction author, whose titles include the best-sellers The Rough Guide To Men’s Health, Bass Culture: When Reggae Was King and Ian Wright’s autobiography A Life In Football (ghostwriter). After a long career in magazine editorial – Q, Mojo, Runners’ World, GQ – he has worked as a Commissioning Editor and an Editorial Consultant as Macmillan and Canongate. He set up Fully Booked in 2017.
